Beware - worst management ever.

You get what you pay for in life. This place really is the best spa in London. The eyebrow therapists are really experienced. I have previously had my eyelashes curled in Harrods and it was nothing compared with the lovely and professional experience in KX.

I had my eyebrows done and a facial there. The therapist, Dimple, really looked after me. The experience was relaxing and far superior to anything I have had before. Hats off to Dimple - amazing!

Alpha male body facism at its best. Bad management, I agree. All biceps and abs but no substance. If you like that sort of thing, it's the place for you.

Overpriced and bad general management.

Amazing! Nowhere in London as good. We should all stop raving about it here, as it's at a perfect capacity - no rush for machines and peaceful, clean changing rooms. We don't want to tempt a large crowd! The staff are brilliant and very friendly.

This place is just the best gym there is. You get what you pay for and KX offers the best of everything.

If you're serious about results and can afford to pay for the best in the industry, this is the place for you. Professional and friendly service in a beautiful but practical environment. I've just renewed my membership and it's worth every penny.

How would you like to smell burnt food while you are having your yoga class? And how would you like to show up for a class on a Saturday morning, have no instructor and wait around while nobody tells you what is going on? The gym might be luxurious but the staff belong to a 3rd rate gym. The service is very poor and looks don't make up for great service. Believe me!

So so expensive, but there isn't anything else for miles in any direction that is as clean. That's really what you're paying for. It's no more special than the other 'top' gyms, it's just that it's clean and minimalist in decor with lovely products in the locker rooms and not too crowded.

Just renewed my membership. It's a great place-expensive-but great. The staff are really good, facilities wonderful. If you can afford it join, you won't regret it.

Ridiculous fees now. Will be binning my membership. Staff are lovely if you are shelling out money or cute.

Very nice atmosphere, not too crowded, staff are helpful and excellent cafe. Only complaint is that sometimes machines are broken and no one seems to notice.

More like a luxury hotel than a gym - a fantastic all-round customer experience together with excellent facilities, knowledgeable fitness professionals and an extremely wide variety of classes. Expensive - yes, but very good value for money.

Very rude staff in the beauty dept, however the gym staff and facilities are great!

I joined recently, very helpful and friendly staff and trainers. Great facilities, excellent design - never any crowds. Best gym I have ever been to - if you can afford it, it's worth the cost.

The meaning of style and privacy. No waiting, no crowds, great equipment, and extremely qualified trainers. Expensive yes... but its more like a hotel than a gym, with one of the best spas in town! And one of the highest renewal rates of any club anywhere... you don't get that from rude staff.

Have been a member since the beginning, as have some very well known names, and I know there is nothing else to match it!
