Absolutely amazing! The stylist was very intesested to hear what I wanted, advised as to what would suit me (didn't push it though, gently suggested). Am very satisfied customer with brilliant new haircut!
by sunmoon97, 05 May 2008Thoroughly disappointed with my haircut. The stylist was far more interested in watching as one client had a complete restyle. As a result, I ended up with a bad version of the ‘Rachel’ cut that was oh so popular in the late 90s.

My first impression was that the Salon looked very funky and fresh and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Jack gave me a lengthy consultation, which relaxed me and made the rest of my time in the salon much more enjoyable.
The colour was exactly what I wanted and what Jack had promised in his consultation. The cut was also perfect, and suited my everyday needs. Overall, my experience in the salon was excellent and I have already recommended my friends and work colleagues!
One of the first times I've actually got what I want from a hairdresser! A great deal of time was spent talking about how I would look with my new cut, which all my friends say looks great. I'll be back!
by stephaniej, 25 Nov 2007Bad. Didn't listen to the customer at all. Got told what to have instead of what I wanted to have. Spent £100 and even that was half-price for cut and highlights. Time it took seemed like no time at all.

by jojojo, 18 Aug 2007Very quick to understand what I wanted, both in terms of colour and cut. They then executed it perfectly and - most importantly - on time, to the minute I specified. The 'catwalk looks' part of their blurb had made me worry beforehand that it might be too hip and radical, but they understand my preference for a natural look and the atmosphere was totally relaxed. A little cheaper than others in the neighbourhood too.

My other half thought I looked 10 years younger after my haircut, so I might go back for another cut next week! Member for life. Need I say more?
