AVOID! This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to. Staff treat you with no respect and are extremely rude, the quality of the haircuts is below average, and their reception is unprofessional.
I booked my appointment ONE MONTH in advance, and they called me one hour before to move it as they had overbooked. There was a huge waiting list to book another appointment...
Not worth any money. One massive disappointment and a complete lack of professionalism!

They are very nice and friendly, but the cut is quite average. Great colour (this is what Lisa Shepherd is known for), but the blow dry lasted literally 2 hours: done in a hurry whilst the stylist was giving lessons to a trainee. Not very impressed with the service and would not go back.

I have recently moved down to London and have tried a few well-known salon names, then passed Lisa Shepherd one afternoon. It's so different from other salons I've been to before. Everyone was really welcoming and I was even allowed to help myself to drinks and ice-creams in the relaxing waiting area. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I have visited this amazing salon a couple of times now, and am always blown away. The team are very welcoming, and I have been happy with every service that I have had done. I would recommend Lisa Shepherd's London salon to anyone.
