Macs is a warm and friendly salon where I am always met with a smile. I am totally devoted to their beauty treatments and Lisa is a star when it comes to making me feel pampered, from a massage to eye lash extensions and everything in between. Honestly, I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else. Why would I when Macs is so perfect?

I actually originally visited Macs because of the great reviews here. I've lived in the local area for a while and was struggling to find somewhere I liked. I was a bit wary before I went, as I thought it couldn't possibly be as good as everyone says... but it really is.
I've been here quite a lot now and never had a bad experience. Everyone is lovely and they really look after you. Most of my friends go there now as well. Love it!

I travel all the way from Devon to get my hair cut here. I have tried all the West End salons but no one does the job like Macs. Brilliant service, style gurus and totally top notch. Try it, you won't be sorry!

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say, after today's visit to Macs salon in Kilburn, I had to. Every aspect of attention to detail has been taken care of. With the service and exceptional staff all in place, it meant I had a fantastic haircut, subtle colour and the best style for years.
Thanks Macs. I'm glad you do a loyalty card, because I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Macs is fabulous! I'd been to a well-known West End hairdressers for a new style and colour as I was starting a new job, but it just wasn't what I wanted. So, I went to Macs and Jodie transformed the cut and re-coloured my hair and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. She was fantastic and lovely. Everyone there is really friendly and they make you feel so welcome that it's a pleasure to go back. I can't recommend it highly enough and have sent all my friends there and they love it too. Thank you Macs!!

Macs is the best salon in this area and is miles apart from its local competition. With its friendly and professional staff, I always leave feeling fully pampered and relaxed. Definitely worth a visit.

I love Macs, there's no salon like it. Customer sevice is just the best. I leave there with my hair and nails done, waxed, and it's all 100% worth it. The staff are amazing. I rate Macs 10/10 all day. Thanks to the Macs team for making me feel a million dollars every time.

I have been using Macs on and off for years. I love the decor and they have an amazing selection of treatments available.
The staff are lovely, true professionals who know how to look after their customers. Plus we always have a right laugh.

Macs salon is the only salon I would recommend for first class customer service, quality and value for money. From the staff to the decor to the refreshments, they have it down to a T.

I have been going to Macs for many years now and it was the best word-of-mouth tip I have ever recieved! Previously I got my hair coloured and cut at Daniel Galvin. I have never returned after my first visit to Macs. It is like 'friends' where everybody knows your name and makes a genuine effort to make the experience as pleasurable as possible. I highly recommend the pedicures and waxing, and my colour seems to stay shiny for much longer than results at any previous salons. It's so lovely when you find the right hair salon. I travel from Highgate, so it must be good!

I came to Macs on a visit to London, and was recommended by a friend to go there for some treatments. I could not have asked for a more friendly service - the staff at Macs know how to cater for your every need (be it for champagne or the finest cakes!) The colourists and stylists there are the best I've ever come across, and I would not hesitate to go there again next time I am in the capital!

Offered is a relaxed, professional, and inviting atmosphere, which is important to me (in contrast to the centre/Oxford Street). Everyone's brilliant but I have my favourite: Corrina. Enjoy!

I have been going to MACS since it first opened, and would never go anywhere else, as there isn't another salon to match the service and customer care this salon offers. They also have the best stylists, colourists and therapists who always take time and effort with their customers, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I give them 10 out of 10 every time!

Highly recommended to all! The service is top notch, with all staff being professional, warm and friendly. Great to feel pampered and not feel rushed out the salon - I was able to relax after my treatment with a herbal tea and a magazine. This is the place to go if you want to feel special.

Macs puts an end to the search for the perfect salon. It is true to call it an oasis - it is the calm away from the storm of London, a place to go to be pampered from head to toe.
From hair to beauty, you will not find another salon in London that can provide you with the care and attention to detail that I have found in Macs, and to top it off, the customer service is fab.
I have been to Macs a number of times and I have never had any complaints - I always receive the warmest of welcomes and service of the highest standard. Although I do not live nearby, transportation is no problem (a stone's throw from Kilburn Park tube station makes for easy access). The hardest part is having to leave!

This is without doubt my favorite place to go and get pampered. The decor and ambience is beautiful, the staff are amazing and the hours fly by whenever I'm there. Love it, love it, love it!
