Macs reviews
I had a voucher offer for Macs, which I took advantage of today. I have been a fairly regular customer here over the last few years and was curious to see whether customers using vouchers would be treated differently from regulars like some salons have been known to do. Not a bit of it! The welcome (including the complimentary glass of bubbly) was every bit as welcoming as usual, in spite of the receptionist being different from the one I remembered. Teresa did the colour professionally and Sylvia did a fantastic job with my cut. I'd just had a spell in hospital and this was exactly the pick-me-up I needed. Well done girls, and thanks!

I treated my wife to a pamper day at Macs and so glad I did because the service she received was excellent in every way and the stylists and therapists are all first class. She had a great day and enjoyed every moment. All I can say is a big 'thanks' to Macs and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a special day.

Oh my god, how many fake reviews are there? This place has just used this site for advertising purposes. My wax there was awful and my stylist cut far too much off my hair. Do they really think we are stupid enough to believe all these five star ratings?!

LOVE Macs salon. Have been going there for years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! The service is so warm, friendly and professional, they make you feel totally welcomed and relaxed. The staff are fabulous and the same faces I see year after year, which means the management are doing a great job cultivating their future stars! Not only can I recommend a mean cut and colour but the spa is fab too.

I first visited Macs a few months ago for the first time. I came in to the salon after having had bad cuts elsewhere. I have a very sharp bob, with fringe. I was booked in with the lovely Sylvia. Sylvia has rescued my hair, and it's at its best. The cut is always perfect (she is very much a perfectionist) - thank you, Sylvia. The team are so friendly and professional, and the salon looks great. Highly recommend.

I can’t thank Macs salon, and senior stylist Kevin, enough for consistently being amazing. Macs offers a hidden oasis of relaxation and beauty. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. Kevin is my miracle worker when it comes to doing my hair. It is like a makeover every time I go and see him. Everything, from my wedding up-do to a regular colour and cut, is always perfect and makes me feel fabulous and beautiful. Thank you Kevin!

I have been going to Macs for years now and they are always friendly and efficient. I have never been disappointed with a haircut, colour or treatment. No matter how busy they are, you are always made to feel welcome and special. I thoroughly recommend this salon.

I would highly recommend this salon, the best salon I think I've been to. The staff are lovely - they instantly make you feel comfortable and make sure you have everything you need at all times. I had highlights and a cut and blowdry by Melika. I was so happy with the results, I recommend her to everyone. Thank you guys, for such a good experience!

I have been a customer at Macs since it opened. I lived in London for 12 years and now live in Leeds, but every 2 weeks I still drive back to Macs for my hair cut and colour. The expertise and warm atmosphere at this salon is amazing and I would never go to another salon, no matter where I live. Since I started going to the salon, Corrina and her staff have gone out of their way to make sure every visit is special. Thank you Macs.

I recently moved area and was looking for good salon. I was so happy to find Macs, as it's just round the corner from my house. I love my new hair! I would highly recommend. If you go there, ask for Sylvia!

An oasis to relax and have your hair done! Great stylists, wonderful atmosphere and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this salon and keep going back myself. Your loyalty is rewarded through your membership, and not only does your hair look great after but you feel chilled and ready for a night out.

A truly unique experience from the moment you enter the salon.

Macs has a warm and welcoming energy, making me feel like I have stepped into a sanctuary after the hustle and bustle of Kilburn High Road. Carina and her team really look after you. I always leave feeling uplifted and just a little more glamorous than when I came in! There are certainly no other salons that compare in the area. I highly recommend.

Macs try to justify their insane prices and total lack of care for the customer's wishes by befuddling their clients with cheap sham 'champagne'. It doesn't work. Next day clients wake up hungover and realise they're minus £150 with the worst hotch-potch on their head they've ever seen. DON'T GO to this clip joint. It's nothing but a shake-down racket. The way they call a Kilburn High Street salon their 'Maida Vale' salon should've been my big clue as to how fake Macs is.

My lovely husband treated me to a day being pampered for my birthday. I had the full works - hair, body, face and nails. He picked the most friendly and professional team at Macs Salon in Kilburn. I love my hair and feel a million dollars. Thanks for all the chocolates and champagne. Top class!

Macs salon has a really cool atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly too. Would highly recommend anybody looking to get a decent trim and be pampered at the same time, to get their backside to Kilburn High Road... ASAP!
