Been once before and saw Tim, a styist. Loved the bob he gave me. Booked again with him, but when I turned up for my second cut they said he had left and they had me booked me with someone else. My new stylist ruined the bob I had, and to add to the insult she told me Tim was sacked. I will never go back.

I have coarse afro hair. After having heard wonderful reviews about the phytospecific hair relaxer, I decided to have this done at Paul Edmonds. It was the worst decision that I've ever made. I was told by my stylist, Charlotte, that after having this relaxer put in my hair it would look extremely straight. She left the relaxer in my hair for 15 minutes, which clearly was not long enough. After she took it out it looked cheap and horrible. She clearly does not know how to deal with afro hair. A large chunk of my hair looked like a frizzy mess. I then had Adrianne cut and blowdry my hair, thinking that something could be done to fix it. She cut it too short and the cut itself did absolutely nothing for me.
Paul Edmonds is overpriced, and the staff extremely incompetent.

I have had my hair done on a monthly basis for well over 12 months now at the salon. Lamia is my colourist and she always works to perfectionist standards, understanding what I want and delivering every time. All the staff are very friendly. COMPLETELY RECOMMENDED.

After years of going to my regular hairdresser - who decided to wreck my hair with bleach on the last occasion - I decided to go somewhere different. My friend recommended Paul Edmonds after trying their UPR treatment and loving it. I took the step and decided to try it.
The salon itself is beautiful and glam, everyone is really friendly and I spotted a well-known celebrity having her hair done also. Joby administered the treatment, after which I had my hair coloured by Charlotte. I have to say I was sceptical at first but I am absolutely ecstatic with my hair and I totally love it! I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone, and after the results my friends are going too!

Paul Edmonds is a cut above the rest, with calming, glamorous surroundings, tip top colourists, classic cutting and brilliant blowdrys, along with manicurists to die for. Paul Edmonds styles my hair and his clever cuts last for ages. Paul is lovely and so too are his staff. Treat yourself to their expertise and warm welcome.

I come here regularly for Biolustre treatment. Great stuff - improves hair condition big time!
Once had colour done by Claire. She was lovely but the result was average, not quite the shade I was after - could have got the same for much less £££.

This is the fifth hairdresser I have tried since arriving in London a few months ago, and is the best by far. I had colour by Stephen, which was fabulous. He was very honest with what he could and coudn't do for me (I was having a bad colour job fixed). On top of that, the salon itself is the most welcoming and friendly salon I have been to in London. None of this 'too cool for school' attitude that you get at lots. They are really professional and treat you like a customer, rather than someone they are just 'dealing with'! It is NOT cheap and you have to pay for tea (which I was a bit surprised about), but they do offer you a full menu of drinks and food and you do get yummy cookies with your tea! I am going back to get my hair cut by Adrianne asap.

This is a wonderful salon with a great atmosphere. All of the people working there are not only excellent at making you look and feel great, but there is something about the salon which makes it feel like you are part of the family! I have never been disappointed.

Great haircut and colour from Bomi and Charlotte. Will definitely be returning. Only thing that lets it down is no free refreshments and no head massage!

Haircut was great and the interior is stunning. I used to go to Windle but all the good stylists left. This is now my No. 1 choice in London.

WOW - what a salon! I heard that this was Paul's most ambitious venture, and the place looks fantastic. I had a fabulous cut by Zoe; as for my colour by Claire, amazing amazing amazing. The atmosphere in the salon was relaxing and calm. Definitely will be back (every day, if I could!).

I went to the new Paul Edmonds salon last week and I got the best service I've ever had in any salon. As I've just moved from the States, it was very hard for me to find a good stylist. The staff were very helpful and kind. I got my hair cut by Helen. She did exactly what I wanted, and listened to me very carefully. It was the best haircut I've ever had and is very easy to maintain. I would highly recommend a visit to Paul Edmonds salon!
