Quite a busy salon but worth it for the lovely Siobhan. On my first visit, I wanted to rectify an awful cut from another salon. Siobhan asked me if I could handle growing it out for another couple of months before she could effectively cut and improve it. A rarity to have a stylist be so honest to postpone the business (with no guarantee of my return) but I did return and am delighted with her cut. Honest, friendly and gentle whilst blow drying. Paired with Steven's colour skills, a good experience.

I had a similar experience to another client who commented below a little while ago - uneven cut and the stylist didn't seem to listen to what I wanted. I also found her to be rude and aloof. Awful experience. I ended up going elsewhere to have it fixed.

I was told about this salon by a work colleague who recommended Lamia for hair and makeup as I am getting married this winter. I have been for a few trials in other top west end salons and not been 100% happy. Lamia has done the best makeup on me by far. So professional. I felt totally at ease, my skin was flawless and my dull lifeless hair has been brought back to life.

I have been going to Paul Edmonds for a few years now and have never had my hair done by anyone else except Lamia. She is amazing. I have never been to another hairdresser since I found her. She does a great job with cutting and styling. And no one blow drys my hair like her. I highly recommend trying her on your next visit to Paul Edmonds.

I had a makeup trial at Paul Edmonds with Lamia. I told her in advance that I would like to look natural, although wearing makeup. We also talked about the price and she told me it would be £100.
I was totally disappointed with the result after one hour. I looked far from natural, with dark eyeliner everywhere and an estimated three layers of makeup. Moreover she tried to charge me £150 and said she needed more time (we had less than one hour). I refused to pay the extra £50 and her reaction was rude and snobbish.
The salon itself was lovely and I found the rest of the staff very friendly, but I would never return.

After having long hair for years, Paul chopped my hair short and Salma coloured it blonde blonde. The end result was amazing. I have been stopped in the street by people asking me where my hair was done. Will definitely return!

I had my hair done by Lamia last week and the fact they call her a 'director' is a total joke. She has totally ruined my hair, the cut is so uneven and my layers are so short. I also found her to be very rude and obnoxious. The salon itself was lovely and I found the rest of the staff very friendly, but I would never return.

I was recommended to the salon to see Lesley for semi-permanent makeup by a colleague. I had my eyeliner done and was really pleased with the results. I also had an in-depth consultation with their beauty manager, Debbie, in the new beauty house and have booked for a facial with the lady herself.
Highly recommend this salon.

I hated my hair afterwards. Some guy cut my hair and in the middle of cutting it he answered his phone - really? On top of that, the receptionists were very rude. 0/10 for service!

I have my hair done by Lamia and I would recommend her to everyone. She literally is the best there. Been to all the top places and never been looked after so well. Amazing stylist and worth every penny!

Love this place! Bommy is the best. It's also always friendly, with a range of different personalities so everyone can find someone who works for them. Maybe it's because I'm a long-term client that they are always so warm, since in the early days I did have a less impressive experience with one of the senior stylists. However, Charlotte and Claire are always very responsive to your preferences and will be direct with telling you if it's achievable or not.

Too expensive and a mediocre result. I was there to have a UPR treatment which I was given as a gift, but the colourist insisted I have another treatment (cheaper), saying they would somehow give me back the difference. None of this happened when I went to pay at the end. Very disappointed. I also had highlights and cut, all quite decent but quite expensive. I won't go back again.

This salon was recommended to me by a friend. I asked for a senior stylist, but the stylist I got could not have been a senior - she had no idea how to cut my hair and got very annoyed with me. Would not return. Be very careful with this salon!

I am a regular at Paul Edmonds, it's like my second home and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Everyone is really friendly and very helpful. Fantastic atmosphere in the salon. I have my stunning hair colour done by Steve and my perfect cut and blow dry by Catherine. When I leave the salon I feel like a superstar. I get stopped by many, asking where I get my hair done. Highly recommend.

Fantastic. I have just had a colour with Clare and a cut with Bomi and will definitely be returning. Clare clearly ran through all the different colour options available to me and I now have a head of highlights to die for! I have long straight hair which I hate having cut and Bomi not only cut the correct amount off the length but split my hair into sections and cut off any split ends she could find, something no other hairdresser has had the patience to do. I would definitely recommend Paul Edmonds and found it fantastic value for money.

I think this so-called posh salon is a load of crap! They cut my hair in a very bad way, did the wrong colour, pulled my hair about and treated me so badly that I was close to tears! They should be shut down!!

I had my hair cut by Adrianne, and I loved it! I would definitely recommend.

I've yet to be disappointed. The cuts are 'London prices', so not inexpensive. The ambience at this salon is first rate: decadent, glamorous, affluent, and unpretentious. I had a cut from Adrianne and was very impressed by how thorough she is (I am an ex-trainee hairdresser, so know a bit about it). Also had a cut from another lady whose name escapes, but again was a 4-5 star. I have never been to the other salon but this one I would say is as good if not better than any in London.

I have coarse afro hair. After having heard wonderful reviews about the phytospecific hair relaxer, I decided to have this done at Paul Edmonds. It was the worst decision that I've ever made. I was told by my stylist, Charlotte, that after having this relaxer put in my hair it would look extremely straight. She left the relaxer in my hair for 15 minutes, which clearly was not long enough. After she took it out it looked cheap and horrible. She clearly does not know how to deal with afro hair. A large chunk of my hair looked like a frizzy mess. I then had Adrianne cut and blowdry my hair, thinking that something could be done to fix it. She cut it too short and the cut itself did absolutely nothing for me.
Paul Edmonds is overpriced, and the staff extremely incompetent.

I have had my hair done on a monthly basis for well over 12 months now at the salon. Lamia is my colourist and she always works to perfectionist standards, understanding what I want and delivering every time. All the staff are very friendly. COMPLETELY RECOMMENDED.
