I love the warm and friendly atmosphere here. I always leave the salon with a fantastic haircut and an ego boost!

Windle is the best salon in London by a mile! I was greeted by a lovely and very helpful receptionist who looked after my every need. My stylist was very attentive and gave me a great cut, as well as some fantastic styling tips. And the shiatsu head massage is worth the visit alone!

Great salon! I've had my hair cut, coloured and styled at Windle for about 4 years. All stylists and assistants are super talented. Highly recommended!

I recently had my hair done for the first time at Windle. I really liked the interior of the salon and found the staff very nice and helpful. I had a cut and highlights and I think they are the best I've ever had. I am particularly happy with the colour and think that they have very good colourists on their team. Everything was done in an efficient time frame. Windle also have their own product brand, Bumble Bee, which is great too. The best are their ready-to-go hairstraighteners, WAM. All in all, I strongly recommend you go to Windle to get your hair done.

The staff at Windle were very friendly, informative and attentive to all my hair needs. I enjoyed the coffee, the hair massage, and my haircut and colour were top class. This was the best hair salon service I have experienced and wish there was a salon of this calibre in my hometown. Highly recommend Windle to anyone looking for top class hair services.

I recently had my hair colored by a technician called Takashi. I must say, best highlights I have ever gotten ANYWHERE. Overall, lovely staff, friendly service, and a killer head massage. Most certainly will be returning!

Very pleasant staff and atmosphere. Haircuts are variable depending on who cuts your hair.

Excellent salon! All the staff were very nice with me. My stylist (Guiseppe) was just great! He asked questions and analysed my hair before the shampoo to see what was the best for it. And the result was better than I expected. I used to go to a much cheaper hairdresser and the result was horrible! I much prefer going to Windle, even if it is more expensive.

Windle may be a little too pricey for a lot of people, but their service is unparalleled in my opinion.

I went there religiously for about 3-4 years (up until my hairdresser, Aki, unfortunately passed away) and I refused to go anywhere else, even if other places were cheaper.

You always get a head massage with your shampoo, and if your stylist is running late they often give you a free treatment as an apology.

They really take the time to get your hair how you want it. I think my hairdresser probably knew my hair better than I did! She always made a point of listening to what I did and did not want, and every time she would give helpful advice. I never had a bad haircut there, and I am so sad that Aki is no longer with us. She was a lovely woman and a very talented stylist.

I am a regular at Windle. People may say this place is expensive, but it is true, you get what you pay for. I don't think it is too expensive at all. Their service really is the best I've ever had. They don't rush you through your appointment, they ask you what you want, and then they give you ideas and guide you through the whole process. They are honest too, if they think it'd be better not to do certain things - and that is priceless if you have a hairdresser that knows what s/he is doing.

Plus, they remember you every time you go there, know what you want and how you want it. In my opinion, they score 5/5 for value for money, atmosphere in the salon and professionalism of staff. Thanks guys - hopefully one of you will read this!

I had been to Windle many years ago with good experiences but then went back to have a very expensive senior stylist cut my hair. The result was a disaster - he clearly didn't know how to cut hair to suit my face and it looked horrible. I'm afraid it has turned me off the salon for good.

Great experience at Windle! I had my hair cut by a trainee, but was still treated very well. The teacher came over many times to make sure things would turn out okay. I loved my cut, the attention to detail, and the service. A+ !

My experiences at Windle have been nothing short of amazing! The reception team are helpful and approachable. The atmosphere isn't prententious or snobby. My stylist gave me exactly what I asked for and listened, which is a rare thing in a hairdressers. I didn't feel rushed out of the door like at other places. Oh, and there are complimentary drinks and a Japanese head massage that's to die for.

The first time I went there I had my hair cut by Michiko and it was the best haircut I've ever had. Unfortunately, the next time I went there she had left and I had my hair cut by a woman whose name I can't remember but who completely ruined my hair and was very rude. It was a total waste of time and money. I had a wonky fringe that was too short and she hacked at my hair so much with a razor it took years for it to grow out. I had to wear my hair in a ponytail and a hairband for months. My hair would have looked better if I had cut it myself.
