I love this shop. I still have my first original Fendi bag bought circa 1970 from here.

Wonderful treatment by the staff. I was offered coffee and they explained to me the full collection and new styles for the cruise collection. Will be back.

Terrible customer service. Staff never answer the phone (I rang 5 times!), and there's no communication between the main store and other stores which also sell some of their shoes.

Bought a faulty bag, took it back with proof of purchase (only 3 weeks old) and though the price had been reduced they would not give me the difference. Staff are rude and unhelpful. If it wasn't for us, they would not have a job.

Fantastic customer service. When I walked in they opened the door for me and greeted me. When I asked for some particular items the sales assistant brought me practically the whole shop and was very polite and helpful. Some great prices in the sale too.

Staff do not bother you but do not really help either. Bags OK but clothes not particularly wearable.

Men's collection overdesigned and overpriced. Accessories hyper-tacky (too many Fs). Add the extra and go down the street to Bottega.

Like all Fendi stores it has a unique decor and a fab collection... The only thing that, in my opinion, could be better was the men's collection.

Dark shop, concept and poor lighting makes the boutique cold and unwelcome. Most of all it has unfriendly staff.
