I agree with J, staff are not just rude. I was buying a gift voucher a couple of months ago, and the staff member serving me didn't even put it in an envelope! I had to ask her, and then it took her about 20 mins to do! I was totally shocked. Zero service, and a bad selection as well...

This is the worst Miu Miu shop I have ever been to! Extremely rude staff! They think they own the brand - should we remind them who they are? Love the brand, but will never shop in this particular shop any more just because of the staff. (I heard from Harrods and other Miu Miu shops that many people have already complained about them.)

Excellent clothes and good service. Staff are actually polite, which is a rarity. A bit overcrowded at weekends.

This store never seems to carry enough stock (Selfridges always has a better selection), and they stopped carrying menswear, so a no from me... Some surprisingly good window displays though.

Fantastic store. You can find ultra-trendy clothing and an amazing footwear section. It's a place were one's plastic card is not safe.

Prada's diffusion label is just as uber-trendy and perfectly-tailored, great for up to the minute fashions as well as some great every-stylish classics.
