Excellent service with quick wit and humor. They even told me things were much cheaper here than on the continent. A firm favourite.

They are always very efficient, particularly Jay, who was very helpful when ordering me a bag and shoes.

The staff either ignore you or hard sell. Impossible to reach them on the phone either.

Oh Lord, please make these horrible people answer the telephone. I have had the phone slammed down on several occasions now, so I can't say the service at the Old Bond Street store is any good.

Nicely tailored clothes, though some are questionable. Staff are alternately snooty and very helpful, depending upon whom you speak to and when.

Try calling them on the phone! I have been trying to get through to this store since Wednesday, it is now Friday. I have left numerous messages. I managed to get a human voice ONCE out of the many hours I have been trying. Unfortunately, he was in the wrong department but he promised FAITHFULLY that someone would call me back within half an hour. THAT WAS YESTERDAY MORNING!
