Knightsbridge (Main Branch)Tod's reviews
Service so shoddy it boggles the mind. I've had quite the saga with this store. Save yourself some grief and shop elsewhere.

Given the earlier reviews, I have to write my own on this store, as the service was absolutely great. I was looking for a particular type of Tod's shoe (Jodie), and as the shop assistant who was helping me was a big fan too, she took a lot of time to make sure she'd showed me every colour she had in my size. She went to great lengths, even digging up old seasons, just to see what I'd think. Two days later I came back and again I was helped in the most down-to-earth, chatty, kind way. This time it was the manager, and I made sure to compliment her colleague on the service I had received 2 days earlier. Absolutely the most approachable store in the street.

Absolutely shocking customer service. The manager did tell me though, that my complaint would be dealt with and the sales assistant who served me would not be there next time I visited. Serves the guy right for treating me like dirt!

Very friendly and helpful staff, not arrogant like staff at some stores in Bond Street. Their shoes are not the best for English winter, that's true. But have you seen the bags? They are beautiful!

Methinks the Tod's staff have submitted a few comments on their own performance and products. Compare these reviews to the other London store and you'll see what I mean. And to say the shoes last an English winter... ?!

Tried on a pair of shoes in Knightsbridge branch and told sales assistant I would think about them, whereupon ingratiating was noticeably replaced by sullen. Not a positive customer experience.

An amazing store, a great product, and the staff really make you feel welcome. A much nicer experience than visiting their competitors!

Beautiful. If going to Paris, visit the Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré boutique: nice store and friendly staff.

Best quality shoes you can find, compared to any other high end designer brand. Fantastic value as the leather and durability of these shoes makes them look new no matter what you put them through (even rainy London winters)!
