Went to Zeta on Saturday. The staff were really nice and friendly, the people were lovely and very sociable and unpretentious. The service was excelllent and the cocktails just fab! The music was a well-balanced mix, which was great. I highly recommend it.
by pretty, 05 Nov 2007If there was a prize for the worst service in London, Zeta would win by a mile! What happened to the days of service with a smile? My friends and I prefer to spend extra money on making sure we have a top night. After reading Zeta's over-priced menu we assumed the food would be delicious. The meal was a disaster. After waiting one hour for our mains to arrive they were then cold (all of them). I do not have a problem waiting for food when a restaurant is busy but when there are only three other couples in the whole place it's a disgrace! This place has no identity.
by richard.domenech, 15 Jul 2007Bad cocktails (and I had a few different ones just to check I hadn't just had a duff one), strange clientele (I suspect the slightly rich staying at one of the posher hotels nearby come here), food so-so. To be fair though, they did have interesting urinals.
There are many better bars in the area, or just a short walk away - I wouldn't bother going here again.
I love the cocktails - all those fruity beauties - and the happy atmosphere in the bar is awesome. The bartenders are really cool and friendly.

by Hoobaloo, 16 Mar 2006I went six months ago and I fell in love with the place, the music and the clientele. Went again last night and it wasn't the same at all. Music was mainly R'n'B - very different from the rare bits played before - and it was so crowded we couldn't even dance. Hope it will change back.
