Streatham Ice Arena

A great place, even if in need of a lick of paint. Great staff, great sport, great fun.

Lovely teaching staff and friendly stewards. Background music is OK too. Let down by ice being totally rough and dug up by opening time to public - should be resurfaced before the public opening time. Also the whole place is dirty and the boots are awful - broken and soaking wet inside. Good place to go if you have your own boots and aren't scared of teenagers and rough ice! One of the instructors there is the best teacher ever though - lovely lady.

Good fun but the place needs a complete makeover. Cafe and toilets are dirty, skates need to be replaced as they're totally shabby, and staff need to be more friendly.

Needs redecorating but 100% fun.

It's a really nice place, the music is good and the helpers are really friendly. I've never had any problems there and I enjoy going quite often. They should make their own site for more details.

It's the only place for me and it's so cool it makes ice jealous.

It's really good but very plain inside. Music isn't played at all, so bring your ipod.

Streatham Ice Arena is fantastic, but you need to book at least 4 weeks in advance.

Wicked at night - there are lights and music and you can just feel the fun in everybody by the look on their faces. I might go back there for my birthday, but the boots are a bit shabby and can hurt your feet. Great place though.

It's one of the best places you could go in London and I recommend it highly!

I found it large and exciting. The disco was fun as the lights and music were cool. Although the boots are quite old, they are also still very good skates. xxx

I think Streatham is a great place to ice skate in the south of London.

It's really good although I think it should be a bit brighter and bigger. The skates are good although they are torn and broken. It is expensive.

I think Streatham Ice Arena is a good place to ice skate and built very safe. Streatham is a place that all the young kids go and enjoy themselves.

It needs to fix up because it is a peace of s**t! I can't wait for the new ice rink in 2008... I hope the Olympics is at Streatham.

We had a great time. It is quite big so it wasn't crammed, wasn't expensive and it has good sides so I could teach my cousin to skate.
