Taking its inspiration from southwest India’s Malabar Coast, Quilon serves up enticing and fragrant dishes that are truly worthy of the Michelin star bestowed upon it. Diners can enjoy mouthwatering fish cakes flavoured with curry leaves and a twist of ginger, chicken in pistachio sauce or guinea fowl stew with onion, green chilli and coconut milk. Main courses average £22.
