Alfresco Restaurants in London
Manicomio reviews
It's such a shame this place can't get the service right as the outside seating is nice and the food is pretty good. Each time I've been there the food comes so quickly you could be in and out within the half hour, and definitely before your bottle of wine reaches you (on my most recent visit we only got ours with our pudding).

I'm a regular to the place. I love the food and the great selection of Italian wines that complement the delicious menu.

I have been to Manicomio 4 times and every time I am amazed by the flavoursome food. They use very good, fresh, in season ingredients and their tiramisu is better than mine, which is quite an achievement!

Went there on a lunch time visit with two clients. The service was very good and the waiters were really on the ball; the food was okay for what there was but I left still feeling hungry (and I am by no means a big guy). The prices were unreal for what you actually got and for that reason I wouldn't go there again. Some of the other reviewers must have small appetites, or be easily pleased.

Good atmosphere, funky food, and good value for money. Excellent desserts at their cafe next door.

Brilliant fresh pasta, food superbly cooked, freshest ingredients, wonderful outside in summer.

Really excellent; i've always found it consistent; so disagree with Terry Durack on everything except the good bits. Only downside is that the waiters are a bit flirtatious, but I suppose some people like that!

Chili crab linguine had no chili flavour and came right back up again a few hours later...
