Previously head chef and partner at the River Café, Theo Randall brings his exquisite Italian cooking to The InterContinental on Number One Park Lane. Theo draws his inspiration from the diverse gastronomic styles of the Italian regions: an autumn menu of slow cooked meats, white truffles and seasonal vegetables from the Piedmonte region; a spring menu of vignoles and puntarelles from Rome; and a summer menu of whole roast fish, pecorino and robiola cheeses from Liguria and Puglia. Complete you meal with wine carefully selected by Theo Randall himself.

Great midweek dinner. The three-level menu means that you can pick and choose between three courses. The star for me was the veal ravioli - some of the best pasta that I've ever had.
