Service in jewellery stores can be hit and miss, but I had an excellent experience pre-Christmas from the staff at the Sloane Street branch. (Shame the same can't be said about the Bulgari counter in Selfridges... )

Fantastic store and out of this world service! Very friendly sales people. Would recommend anybody that is looking for a Bulgari piece to visit this exquisite store.
