Very disappointed with the customer service at the Sloane Street branch. They were supposed to contact me to give me my watch before my holidays and they didn't even bother to contact to say that there was a delay in changing the battery. More than 2 weeks have passed now and still no news. Appalling customer service considering the price charged to get your batteries changed after 2 years. Try to avoid this branch if you need your watch to be serviced or batteries changed.

I purchased a Cartier lighter approx 2 years ago. The lighter needed repair in less than 2 years. The cost of the lighter was £210, the repair (approx 4 months ago) cost £80. The lighter has now broken again. I am thoroughly disgusted with this merchandise and expected better from Cartier. Incidentally, the repair took 2 months.
