I am astounded to read this last review. I have only praise for Dinny Hall in Upper Street, where I have been lucky to have had made three beautiful pieces, each one more beautiful than the next! The staff are always helpful and courteous and I absolutely love the different stones that Dinny works with. I have a wide range of friends who have also bought from her and have been equally delighted with their purchases.

NEVER buy anything from here. I bought my engagement ring here in June 08 and have had to return it 4 or 5 times because they sized it wrong and then the diamond kept wobbling out of its setting. Seriously shoddy.
