This was my second visit to the new store. Made an appointment with James, who previously had offered great service. Was not disappointed this time and nothing was too much trouble.

I've just been to the new Regent St store to look for an engagement ring. I have been to many jewellers so far and I'm definitely going back there for my purchase. Best service in London.

I've been to the new store and, wow, was I impressed! Really friendly attentive staff and beautiful products - they even offered me champagne! Definitely one of the best jewellers in London. I will be back.

The jewellery is expensive (but bear in mind that everything is negotiable - don't take prices at face value if more than £1000). Engagement ring selection is really limited and not very good.

Completely ignored by staff, including the manager, for a full 10 minutes. Did not feel like purchasing the Cartier watch I went in to buy. You're better off at the Cartier boutique on Bond St, as they know how to treat customers. So much for it being the flagship store holding the royal warrant...

Limited stock but good service. Not as flashy as watches of Switzerland (a good thing?). Good place to get advice on watches.

I had an old watch that needed repair. It was not cost effective to do so. Staff were very helpful.
