Mappin & Webb reviews
I've just been to the new Regent St store to look for an engagement ring. I have been to many jewellers so far and I'm definitely going back there for my purchase. Best service in London.
by Frida, 22 May 2007I've been to the new store and, wow, was I impressed! Really friendly attentive staff and beautiful products - they even offered me champagne! Definitely one of the best jewellers in London. I will be back.
by Doubledown, 08 May 2007The jewellery is expensive (but bear in mind that everything is negotiable - don't take prices at face value if more than £1000). Engagement ring selection is really limited and not very good.
by daccordi, 20 Apr 2007Completely ignored by staff, including the manager, for a full 10 minutes. Did not feel like purchasing the Cartier watch I went in to buy. You're better off at the Cartier boutique on Bond St, as they know how to treat customers. So much for it being the flagship store holding the royal warrant...
by mr warrick, 20 Feb 2007Limited stock but good service. Not as flashy as watches of Switzerland (a good thing?). Good place to get advice on watches.
by now_voyager (13 reviews), 16 Jan 2007I had an old watch that needed repair. It was not cost effective to do so. Staff were very helpful.
