Very overpriced. Nice shop though, apart from the South African girl who was rude and looked down her nose at me.

What a great store, with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Bought a pair of earrings and a necklace that were wonderful and by far the cheapest I could find for that quality. I will be back.

I have visited the store in Bank several times now, and every time I have been in the sales girl has been very warm and friendly. Unlike Wint & Kidd's competitors, the sales girl has time to talk and educates me in all aspects of the jewellery on display. Why I would recommend this store, apart from the service, is that the prices are very competitive and I can choose to create a unique piece of fine jewellery to suite my taste which will be also be made by hand locally. Anyone after beautiful, fine, individual jewellery with a difference MUST visit.

I have a beautiful engagement ring, a scaled-down version of one I loved in the shop that was over budget. The designer worked with us to design something just as lovely but not so flashy. I recommend the shop very highly. The whole experience is friendly yet luxurious, and certainly not stuffy like some West End competitors.

Excellent shop, nice and friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. I thought the idea of designing my ring was a nice and personal experience. Very competitive prices.

I have been here quite a few times. However, the most recent was not a nice experience, due mostly to a rather rude saleswoman.

Beautiful shop, and lovely staff! I bought both our wedding bands from here and we got a fantastic deal compared to the Bond Street jewellers. Am very happy at the quality and will be back there when I have some cash...

The decor of the shop is more beautiful by far than the jewellery within its walls.

An excellent shop, with a good range of ready-made items. The bespoke service is a joy to be involved in, especially when Wint & Kidd sourced us a diamond for 50% less than Graff!

Helpful staff? Certainly not. I'll be going to Tiffs in future.

This is a gem! I loved it because they worked to my budget, and the missus loved it - well, she just loved it. There was none of the stuffiness of Bond Street, but all of its class, style and quality. I can't recommend it enough.

Had a ring designed and created at this wonderful, stunning shop. Really clever design and really lovely people!! Go visit - you're gonna love it!

It's a lovely shop - I believe it was co-designed by Matthew Williamson
, but I may be mistaken. The jewellery is stunning and the service is great. Prices are quite high, but worth it.

Beautiful shop, courteous service and the most gorgeous engagement ring now adorning my finger. With an in-house designer I was able to help design exactly what I wanted - everyone asks where it is from. Fabulous!

Beautiful shop with very helpful and friendly staff.
I've shopped here several times over the last year and whilst it's not cheap, they're great people to deal with, the quality is second to none and it's generally much less stuffy than equivalent shops in Bond Street.
