Went in to the Chepstow shop with a bag I bought less than 2 years ago because the strap had broken. I offered to BUY a new strap and the staff were unbelievably condescending and rude. I will never purchase another Bill Amberg product again. Vastly overrated.
by burr, 23 Apr 2008This shop is vastly overpriced and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. There is some interesting design but ultimately most items are not thought through and liable to break due to poor quality finish. If you are paying £450 plus for a bag then you should really get a lot more for your money.
by haldir760, 22 Mar 2008Purchased two gifts for friends from this shop last year. The poor quality leather didn't wear well and the stitching on the bag came apart after only three months of light use. Eye-watering prices too. Overrated.
