Bill Amberg reviews
I had recently bought the new Bill Amberg Opus bag (£595). The zip broke the following day. Unlucky, I thought. I took the bag back and had the zip changed. Everything in that regard seems to be in order now, but the leather really does not wear well - I've only had my bag for one week and it is already full of marks and scratches. Looking after it with leather conditioner does not help much. Amberg should really test his bags after putting them out there for sale for £600.

I've been to this nice shop in Notting Hill and bought a lovely bag for my husband. The quality is excellent and the design is great.
Expensive but definitely worth it.

Went in to the Chepstow shop with a bag I bought less than 2 years ago because the strap had broken. I offered to BUY a new strap and the staff were unbelievably condescending and rude. I will never purchase another Bill Amberg product again. Vastly overrated.

This shop is vastly overpriced and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. There is some interesting design but ultimately most items are not thought through and liable to break due to poor quality finish. If you are paying £450 plus for a bag then you should really get a lot more for your money.

Purchased two gifts for friends from this shop last year. The poor quality leather didn't wear well and the stitching on the bag came apart after only three months of light use. Eye-watering prices too. Overrated.

Great quality leather bags with a Finnish touch. Beautiful fine leather goods. He will also make anything you can think of out of leather.

The best leather goods available. Amberg makes almost everything imaginable with leather and it looks fantastic with superb workmanship.
