I went into this shop and was made to feel very uncomfortable. This has happened on two occasions and I will not shop there again. The quality of the products I bought I thought were below what you expect when paying these prices. I cannot be bothered to return for replacement items as I can imagine the attitude already.

Designs are pretty, but how are the prices justifiable if the product is made in Romania and the materials used are synthetic?

Great shop, great service. Boyfriend is especially taken with the staff. Fantastic lingerie and always beautifully wrapped, even if you just buy a pair of stockings. What more could you ask for?

Everything looks lovely on the rack, with most items available in jewel colours in silk and lots of lace. All Agent Provocateur's changing rooms are also a treat and make you feel as though you've stepped into a courtesan's boudoir. Any boyfriend or husband is on to a winner bringing home a present bought here wrapped in their trade mark black tissue paper and pink box. One small gripe... despite owning a few 'sets' from Agent Provocateur, I still think that the cut of their bras is slightly odd, by which I mean they make your boobs look weirdly 'pointy'. Maybe its just me!

Superb lingerie and friendly service. Not cheap but they only stock the best and it's worth every penny (especially if the bf is paying!)

The window displays here always look great.
Around Valentine's Day it's packed full of men looking confused. And at about £40 a cup (regardless of whether its an 'A' or a 'DD') you know why they look confused.
