Pure Baby reviews
Unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered a cot bed for my baby (worth £650) and was given a 6-8 week time frame for the delivery. Despite calling regularly to make sure they would deliver the bed on time, and despite being assured it would be so, the cot arrived 5 weeks late - i.e. it took them 13 weeks to deliver instead of 6-8.
Which meant that I had my baby before the bed arrived and that I had to buy another crib for my baby to use in the meantime. They never followed up with their supplier in Belgium, they did not give a damn about the situation, kept on losing my contact details, never calling me back, suggesting I should contact their supplier directly myself to find out what was going on and when the bed would be ready.
Not only did they 1) lie on the delivery date and ensure me it would be ready several times whilst not following up with their supplier whether this was true, 2) consistently never returned my calls, and 3) never cared about delivering a baby bed with a 5 week delay, but they openly did not give a damn about it, saying "We are late, we are sorry, so what?".
Just avoid these people.
