Morton's reviews
Best private members' club in Mayfair. Understated elegant club with effortless service. Wine list most impressive. Open for breakfast until 3am - 6 days a week! So pleased I found a place where I can relax without seeing table-hopping wannabes.
by Fine Diner, 22 Mar 2008Been recently, enjoyed the food and drinks a lot. Was unsure about the decor and most rooms were quite dark, especially the bar where I could hardly see the face of my friend. During dinner the waiter tried to take my starter away twice before I finished it, while I was not really in a hurry. Otherwise, very enjoyable. Will recommend.
by EVD, 09 Aug 2007Best food around Berkeley Square. The wine list is amazing too. Bar and restaurant both fantastic.
by janvd, 19 Mar 2007This has to be one of the most well-heeled members' clubs around. The service is excellent and the decor wonderful. It makes others look positively shabby!

by Jonny B., 12 Nov 2006Excellent food, discreet service. A great, laid-back club set in the heart of Mayfair in Berkeley Square.
by Anonymous, 02 Oct 2006Excellent cocktails at Morton's. Great selection of spirits, great staff, well done! The best membership club I ever been!
by Jamy, 08 May 2006Morton's is a great place but you need to be aware of what is for.
Excellent for: business lunches, drinks during the week, the initiatives they organise.
Not good for: Fridays, Saturdays and generally this is not the place if you are looking for a night club type of thing.
Lunched there today. As good a meal as I have had in a long time. Service attentive but not overpowering and what a wine list! Puts many a fashionable restaurant to shame.
by happy eater, 25 Oct 2005Restaurant: attentive service, good fish, nearly everything else tasted of cheese; lukewarm to cold accompaniments, "seasonal vegetables" were mangetouts.
by anon10, 05 Oct 2005Absolutely incredible. First rate on all counts. Excellent wine service and wonderfully prepared food. If this were not a private club it would rate at least two stars Michelin.
by Kakers, 23 Sep 2005Quality venue. Quality service. Quality food. Quality crowd. If there is one membership you need in London, Morton's and its sister restaurants is the one. UMU & The Greenhouse enhance & complement the service offered by Mortons. If you entertain, it's as close to a one stop shop as there is.
by Rabsimon, 08 Sep 2005Great mix between young and old, all tastes catered for and a very nice setting to relax in the middle of the day, to meet people for a drink or to eat in the restaurant, which is good and getting better!
