Ridma is amazing, by far the best and nicest beautician I have ever been to. Been to Urban Rites for the last 4 years and travel for over an hour to see her now that I have moved away from the area. Absolutely brilliant.

Amazing shaving experience with very dedicated and super nice staff. Have been loyal to Claire ever since first visit! A must go.

I went to Urban Rites for a haircut and I found the service very friendly and experienced. The girl who cut my hair had a nice and very charming French accent. I'll definitely go back.

If you need a good wax, then go to Ridma. I've been going for years and recommended her to all of my friends. She is thorough and gentle and generally fantastic!

My boyfriend had a Works Experience and loved every minute of it. The girls are very friendly and professional. Will be going back soon.

I love Urban Rites. I go regularly to Ridma for waxing. Every time I go it is really friendly and I would definitely recommend it. I'm about to book my first hair appointment, so I will review that shortly.

I can't comment on the hair salon or shaving but I am a regular with Ridma, who does the waxing/facials/nails etc in the back. She is FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend her to everyone, she's just lovely.

Bought an Urban Rites shave gift voucher for my boyfriend as a present through lastminute.com, which came with a head massage and a products bag - apparently. He enjoyed the shave and said the woman was experienced and lovely and he enjoyed the head massage thoroughly. However, they did not give him any products bag. When I rang to query this, they said they had no bag and knew nothing about it. Woman fobbed me off completely. Very disappointing.

Swanky and chic small place. Had the best hot towel shave and hair cut experience ever. Was very well looked after by friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it.

Horrible. My lip got a nasty cut during the shave. The staff were very inexperienced and unhelpful. I cannot stress enough how poor this place is.

Wonderful. The Works is a great relaxing experience. Great haircuts and lovely staff. Well worth treating yourself.

Fab place - quite small and intimate and not like your mega-flashy west end salons, but the haircuts are fab, good prices and it's spitting distance from Kings Road so you can saunter along there afterwards looking fab!
