Giorgio Armani reviews
This shop differs greatly from other shops in the haute couture line. Staff are in no way pretentious, and were happy to help me without even questioning if I was going to buy. I walked out with a smile on my face. A true gem, and the suits are absolutely stunning.

Shockingly pleasant! A great boutique with delightful, attentive staff. I myself have gone from rags to riches, and I have to say it was a pleasure to be helped by the down-to-earth and friendly staff - a rarity in the pretentious, poncey world of fashion!

Useless - they keep you waiting for hours and no one seems to know anything. I'll never shop there again.

Thought the staff were helpful, but got trousers home and the security tag was still on them - had to trail all the way back to the store (difficult when you live outside London and work long hours). I also ordered a suit from the new collection and was told that I would be telephoned when it came in. I was, but the suit ended up being a different colour (unsuitable for work) and I was not told this on the telephone.
In short, the store is amazing and the staff seem friendly and efficient, but actually the professionalism you find in a really good store is totally lacking.

What does it take to buy a black suit for a man without going to the store? The website is terrible - I've been looking for ages and still can't find what I want. If I was asking for something out of the ordinary I could understand it but a black suit, how difficult can it be?!

Love it. The staff are always very attentive and helpful, as are the new staff in the new Armani Collezioni and Casa boutiques. Great design, and of course fantastic clothes.

Great boutique, the staff were very helpful and nice, the clothing was just fantastic, beautiful tailored and elegant. It's a place not to be missed...

Fantastic boutique, great design and some fantastic clothes. The staff help was spot on, at one stage there were 2 members of staff assisting me.

A note for the shop manager of Armani in Old Bond Street: clothes do not sell themselves. Old-fashioned as it may sound, you still need helpful and friendly staff for that!
