Mayfair Vogue.com biography of Miuccia PradaPrada reviews
I bought a pair of silver shoes from Prada, which scratched to reveal a black layer underneath which looked awful. The layer of silver was very superficial and the shoes were discontinued. Prada Sloane Street took ages to accept that I deserved a refund (4 weeks), they never pick up the store phone and constantly fail to call you back when they promise that they will. Here I am 8 weeks after purchasing the shoes and still waiting for my promised refund! Not good enough.

Bought my first Prada wallet and the staff were so helpful in the way they helped me pick the right one.

I have read the comments below and, to be fair, I can understand where you are coming from. But I have to say I always go to the same guy in there who is such a laugh. He always trys to help me find what I want and I often find I end up spending about an hour just talking to him... I don't even buy that much. So I guess it just depends who serves you.
As for the clothes, they have gone off in recent years and never really offer anything I haven't seen before. The store in Milan which carries the full range is much better. Suits are decent and the shoes can be good.

Bought a jacket for £450 which stains my other clothes when it gets wet. Prada say that I shouldn't go out in it when it rains and refuse to accept that the jacket is of inferior qaulity. I will not buy a Prada item again. Poor service.

Drab, drab, drab store. I feel sorry for the staff - I would struggle to find enthusiasm working all day in a store that looks like a bland office. Nice suit for my fiance and resonably priced for the quality of cut. Staff OK. Shame it wasn't a more luxurious experience.

You would expect from a luxury store with luxury prices some kind of luxury service... I guess Prada can afford to treat clients indifferently.

Out of all the luxury clothing stores in London, I have never been in one that has such unwilling staff. The interior was very poor. I would expect much more from a leading fashion house.

Not what I would have expected from such a brand. Poor customer service and general store appearance.

I thought the store was very poorly designed, looks like something from the early 90's. The staff though hard to find were helpful.
Need to some major revamping and more staff.

The worst visit to a Prada store ever. When you compare to 5th Ave NY or Soho NY you would think you are in a cheap rundown store

The clothes are now so passe and the store looks very tired. Just like the staff who can't seem to be bothered to do what they are paid to do - help customers and sell.
