Overlooking a historic cobbled courtyard, Mews is a restaurant, lounge and cocktail bar in the heart of London's Mayfair. Discreet, intimate alcoves grace the 1920s-inspired basement lounge, whilst the cocktail bar oozes 18th century grandeur. The restaurant is a sophisticated affair of silk embroidered wallpaper and antique crystal lights. Renowned chef, David Selex oversees a menu of prime British produce whilst the drinks list boasts vintage champagnes, fine wines, deluxe spirits and unique cocktails. The chef's dining room is available for dedicated foodies.

Much better than Hush next door. I have the belly pork there - very tasty. And it's right next to one of my favorite hairdressers (Mathew Alexander), and there is Elemis Day Spa opposite too if you fancy a facial (although I don't like Elemis facials that much). The only thing it lacks is a nice view but, overall, a great restaurant.

Just love this place. The food is superb, as is the service - simply impeccable! The manager, Ivo, is simply charming (I could take him home with me, and what a flirt he is!)
