A swish, Michelin-starred modern European restaurant with a 30-seat champagne bar (a worthy destination in its own right). Texture is the brain child of Icelandic-born chef Agnar Sverrisson and talented sommelier Xavier Rousset, who met whilst working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir. Press reviews for Texture have raved about its menu (light, technically complex dishes with pure flavours and exciting textures) and wine list (one of the most extensive and varied in London) in equal parts.
