Their fresh produce is wonderful. I recently moved out of Camden, and I keep coming back here for groceries. The staff are always really helpful. My only criticism would be the unfortunate presence of a few steps in the middle of the store, preventing very disabled shoppers from enjoying the complete shopping experience.

The staff were very unfriendly in this branch for some reason, which is a shame as the produce is good.

Please don't go to the Camden branch! One of the staff members abruptly laid into me and aggressively scolded me for making a supposed mess where she had neurotically stacked the shelves. I felt like I was 7 years old again. Am disgusted and appalled. Do yourself a favour, shop online - it's cheaper and you won't have to suffer the anally retentive staff!

I used to shop there a lot but the staff are so rude and downright aggressive that I've now decided to stop shopping there altogether. The customer experience is just awful - across the board. Not what I expect from a deli. Give it a miss, there are better places around.

I wish the government would subsidise health food shops so they're more affordable for every day shopping. It's cheaper to buy a Macdonald's but not half as tasty or as good for you as the food in Fresh and Wild. Doesn't make sense - it should be the other way around.

I happened to stop by this shop while being tourist guide for my parents. We were very impressed. My dad was specifically interested in buying organic mango chutney, but unfortunately they were out of just that on that day. Now, I'll go back and buy it as a Christmas present for him.
