Wow, I can't believe why such a lovely shop in a location as great as this would employ such a rude and unhelpful manger! I have just spoken to her on the phone, as I bought a rather expensive tub of spirulina from the store on Friday. I returned home from London only to realise that it had already been opened and half the contents were missing! When discussing this with her, she constantly spoke over me and just kept repeating over and over that they check the products on arrival, blah blah. I said I understood this but that clearly the tub must have been opened on the shop floor. She was unbelievably rude to me, telling me I must bring the product back into the store, even though I live almost a hundred miles away!! I hung up in the end, as she was becoming very aggressive and just was not listening.
After reading some other comments on here about this woman's manner, I am not surprised, but will be taking it further. I feel sorry for the lovely, friendly staff that have to work with her.

Yesterday I went to this supermarket for the first time... and I think that it will also be the last. The manager is very rude and she doesn't know anything about her products. There were 4 staff members present (I don't know what their positions were) but the market wasn't so big and so crowded as to require 4 people! But the most important thing to relate is that THERE WAS A MOUSE IN THE SHOP!! "It's our friend!" they said. Well, it's very, very, very bad!!

Man, some of the staff are rude... any company employing someone should really check out the feedback they receive and do something about removing them.

The manageress of this store is blatantly rude and has no knowledge of any of the products on sale. The butcher is a franchise in the supermarket and his expertise and helpfulness has nothing to do with the so-called 'manageress'. There are numerous organic health shops in Chelsea, why spoil one's day? A shame, as I used to shop there for many years before this ignorant woman was employed.

I have been visiting Here for the past 6 months and it's an undiscovered gem of a store. It's not your regular high street store. The peacefulness of the place truly lets you discover good food. And wow, what a selection of fruit and vegetables. Plus the store's own butchery department - a definite winner. The lady in charge of the health and beauty section is also worth a mention. Very good.

The supermarket Here in Chelsea is one of the best places I have ever shopped in. The staff were so helpful and the quality of the products were brilliant. The veg was great and the meat was fantastic (the butcher there was so knowledgeable). I will continue to shop there from now on. I suggest you try the shop and be amazed at what they have that other places like Waitrose don't have. Such a wonderful relaxed shop, the perfect place to get the special food for over the Christmas period.

The manageress of this store is one of the rudest people I have come across. Her response to my request for a brand that the shop does not stock was such that I will not shop there again.

What a pleasant shop! I found the butcher very knowledgeable and the range outstanding. The sausages were a definite hit with the family.

A great show of organic and organic biodynamic certified meat and poultry BDAA UK6 and DEMETER UK 6 Certified
The sausages we purchased were fantastic. They not only make them at the shop, but they have lamb, chicken and beef sausages as well. And they are all gluten-free
When I was there the butcher was being interviewed about his range of other in-shop made products; chicken burgers, nuggets, drummers, and huge steak burgers. Why? Well you only have to look at the 100%organic show. And the butcher was proudly displaying his organic demeter processing certificate.
I have been in butcher shops in the Chelsea area and have asked to see proof that they have real organic meat, the certificate proves it, but they start to tell you that "well some of it's organic. " Liars.
But at last a butcher with a attitude for honesty and proof that they are what they say.
I hope that other butchers see this comment and go and see what is a honest and great show of proven organic meat and poultry, pricey but very honest. Keep up the great work.

Very happy to find such a healthy store near me. Excellent!
The meat and veg are of good standard - I especially enjoy the meat, and the butcher is very helpful and down-to-earth.
The prices are quite high in comparison to organic chain stores or fairs, but I suppose this is reasonable since the shop is located just off the King's Road.

I do all my shopping at Here. From makeup to household goods. I would recommend it to everyone and the quality of all the products is excellent. If only the big supermarkets would learn lessons from this place!

A great shop with a meat counter that is certified organic. Biodynamic uk 6 demeter sausages that were voted THE BEST on richard and judy tv show. Proper butchers.
