I go to the branch on Rathbone Place off Oxford St, and the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable, spending time to discuss your trip and requirements with you. This would always be my first stop if I had to buy any outdoor related products. They have a wide range of products and offer a 90 day refund policy (not even exchange, but a proper refund!) if you change your mind.

The staff are friendly and it's a big shop with almost everything you could need in it.
