I love it on Hampstead Heath. It's so big that you can never get bored of it, and there's so much to do. You can walk as much as you want, before going to Hampstead for lunch, or take a picnic with you. There's a great children's playground near the car park, which will entertain kids for a while. A great place for taking visitors to London, as they will be impressed with the views.

I go running and I feel really safe - a lot of families, mothers with children, people walking their dogs, but still not overcrowded. Huge green spaces. My favourite spot is where I can see almost all of London.
by Running 03, 04 Oct 2006My favourite outdoor space in North London - a huge expanse with lots of great features - ponds, hills, woodland and plenty of spots for picnics. Kenwood House is great too and has outdoor concerts in the summer.
