Now 2009, and have been buying my perfumes from this shop for over 6 years. Have never seen the shop because I live in Mid Wales but the staff are always delightful and efficient on the phone and the perfume is fabulous.

This is a beautiful jewel of a shop with truly lovely assistants. A joy to visit, even if you aren't a die-hard Diptyque fan like me.

Staff were extremely helpful and I loved the perfume and candles - they are to die for. Will definitely be back!

I have spent the whole evening covertly sniffing my wrist. It is a swooningly accurate gardenia scent, but so light that there is no danger of migraine or of imposing oneself on other people!

I live in Mid Wales and cannot get to the shop in London so have always placed my order by telephone. The staff are so efficient, and the perfumes; Eau Lente & Tam Dao, are received the next day. Anne Collins.

Probably the best candles on the market together with Ormonde Jayne - the Fig is very nice. I would not buy anything else from them though.
