I used to love Floris products but last week when I visited Floris boutique in St James, I found the staff members very rude. They did not say 'hello' when I came into the shop, then I was looking round for almost 15 minutes whilst 4 staff menbers just stood around talking to each other about personal things. I found that very rude. It's an expensive brand, so you expect good service too.
I left the shop and discovered a new lovely parfumerie in the area, called Ormonde Jayne, where I spent my money instead.
