Jo Malone reviews
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this branch of Jo Malone yesterday. I spoke to an excellent girl called Amy, who went out of her way to help me out in an emergency. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her very much for her help and kindness.

Jo Malone's website is useless. I tried to buy several items, none of which would load into the basket. They emailed to say that lime/basil/mandarin was back in stock but the website wouldnt let me buy it. On one occasion when I did get something to load they said I needed a new password, which then didn't work. Emails never answered. How do they manage to sell anything?

I have bought from Jo Malone shops in London a few times in the past but recently I tried buying online because I couldn't get to a shop in the 2+ weeks leading up to my girlfriend's 30th.
To cut a long story short, I have still not received my order after 10 working days. My emails have gone unanswered and it is impossible to talk to someone because the phone queues are so long. The tracking number they supplied is incorrect/does not exist according to DHL, which is a concern. All in all, it has been bad from start to finish. The order did not arrive in time, so am really disappointed.
Needless to say, I will never buy from Jo Malone in the future and would never recommend it to anyone.

Love the black lady manager in Canary Wharf - great service.

I was first customer in new Aberdeen shop, having previously had to travel to Glasgow to buy Jo Malone products, and have never had anything but superb service of a superb product. Keep it up Jo, you are head and shoulders above the also rans.

Went to Canary Wharf branch for a hand massage. It was quick and, quite honestly, just a ploy to upsell products. Two very hostile ladies working there made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

Simply fantastic. Have been a Jo Malone fan for the past 10 years and once you have tried their fragrances, there really is no going back. My personal favourites are Red Roses and White Jasmine & Mint
Regarding the staff mentioned in other reviews, I have never had a bad experience in any Jo Malone store I have visited, always courteous and helpful service, even if I was just browsing and not buying.

Estee Lauder are the kiss of death for Jo Malone.

Great brand, great sales people and great products... nothing more, nothing less. To all you people who have negative comments about Jo Malone, get a life. And FYI allycat, there is no Jo Malone in Kensington!!

The Windsor branch I have found to be really helpful. My partner has been in there too and had the same positive experience.

I went to the Jo Malone shop in Kensington. Was made to feel so unwelcome, that I haven't been back since. The shop assistants were too busy preening themselves to offer any advice or help.

It's been a while since I went to Jo Malone, but I always go to the Brook Street branch, which I've found to be really good. The staff were helpful, gave me a skin assessment, talked me through the products (which smell heavenly) and I got some great samples (luxury size) as well. They do complimentary hand massages, although I've not had one yet. Try the Brook St branch before you give up on them!

Rude staff. Why are they so arrogant? At the end of the day they are just shop assistants!

Have read other comments and have to agree that the staff in every branch I have visited are the same - unhelpful and rude. Have felt unwelcome on all visits, so have now decided to take my custom elsewhere.

The staff in the Chelsea branch vary between great and apathetic. Sadly, the last two occasions I've been in there were when the apathetics were serving. I didn't buy anything and probably won't bother in future. I like some of the products very much but won't hand my hard-earned money over to rude shop assistants!

Jo Malone is probably the best fragrance and skincare store I've ever been to. The staff are amazing, the products are to die for and the store itself is like an oasis of calm and luxury. Can't get enough!

Found the staff rude so will not be visiting Jo Malone again.

Over-hyped. Nothing special. Nice packaging, and better facial products than you'd imagine (JM started as a facialist). But otherwise, bit so-whatish. The scents have lasting power of approximately 30 seconds.

Visited the concession in Harrods
. Staff were helpful and the packaging is very nice. I bought the 'Pomegranate Noir' for my lady friend... lovely. Left my details for updates, but nothing so far.
