I was more than happy with the service I received here. The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable, with lots of helpful advice and suggestions. She gave me a sample with my purchase, and also offered one to my friend. I'd definitely pay a second visit.

Worst service I have ever had in London. Much better service at Miller Harris and Diptyque.

Bought at Harrods concession. Staff snobby and kept waiting and after spending £40 not even a sample!

Found the staff snobbish & unhelpful, which was unfortunate as I had every intention of buying something. It pays to note that just because a person wears jeans, t-shirt & flatties it doesn't mean they don't have disposable income!
