I’ve recently visited Needham Road branch and I was extremely impressed with the service. The assistant was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about perfume. This is one of the very few places in London where you can get professional advice on fragrances, not just help in choosing a scent. I thought Fleurs de Sel was remarkable. Highly recommended.

Just been in London & visited the Bruton Street store - very disappointed - staff not especially helpful & quite dismissive - I don't think I'll go back - the Needham Road location is much better.
