Jimmy Choo reviews

Horrible service. Staff unfriendly and rude and make you feel as if they are doing you a favour. Beware!

The assistants here are lovely, very helpful and leagues away from the average snobby shop assistant you find in designer shops. They bent over backwards to help me with my shoes, arranged re-heeling and were great about me needing them back early for a holiday. The Bond Street shop is now open late every night during the week (7pm instead of 6pm), which is helpful.

Much more friendly than the Knightsbridge store!

Fantastic staff, very helpful. And beautiful shoes, of course!

Terrific shop - arrived on a very hot day, looking dreadful, with hubby and two small, grubby children in tow. Worried that they wouldn't let us in at all, but the service was superb. The staff all did their best to put us at our ease, gave great advice on choosing the shoes, and were so nice that I ended up buying two pairs. Weren't fazed at all by children trying on shoes (mum was very fazed at this point!), or requests to use the staff toilet. Will definitely be back!

Friendly service and they stock most of the Jimmy Choo range. I personally find their shoes all a bit samey but that's perhaps just me. Certainly should be on the list for a day's shopping trip to Bond Street.
