Beware buying here. Just before Christmas I bought a pair of ski boot warmers here. Worked once, then gave up. Returned to the shop after Christmas and holiday and was refused refund until testing was done to see if I was telling the truth (it's company policy don't ya know). Over one month later no reply, so had to chase. Eventually got the refund to which I was entitled. There are plenty of other ski shops out there; my advice: choose one of them.
