Little brother to the very posh El Pirata of Mayfair, Westbourne Grove's El Pirata De Tapas is nonetheless a top class neighbourhood restaurant. It boasts a serious kitchen with a serious chef (Omar Allibhoy's credentials include a stint at the legendary El Bulli) producing quality tapas. Classic dishes are given a contemporary twist, but there are enough old favourites - including a great tortilla - to satisfy the traditionalists.
