Caroli Health Club reviews
I recently visited the new Elemis spa at the Baglioni Hotel in Kensington. My friend and I both had exotic packages and then relaxed in a private jacuzzi room with glasses of champagne. It was a fabulous three hours and we felt so relaxed. We then had a delicious lunch in the restaurant. I found the whole hotel and spa to be very friendly and professional would definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience in Caroli. The towels were dirty, my bath robe smelt of perfume, and some of the staff were extremely rude. It's also very very expensive.

I had the most wonderful experience at Caroli at the Baglioni from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were brilliant, the atmosphere is immediately relaxing and luxurious and the treatments were divine. I had a private jacuzzi bath first in my room, then a facial, and then a full body massage, it was absolute heaven and my therapist was wonderful. I cannot recommend it highly enough! I have been to many spas in London and this is definitely top of the list!
