Dorchester Spa reviews
I went to see the new spa with my friend and although it's very beautiful and modern, I found the welcome rather unfriendly. Receptionist was very stressed and I'm sure my treatments were cut short. My friend also felt her treatments were very fast and the therapist spoke about products the whole time! We wouldn't go back, there is much better in London.

I'll definitely go back to the Dorchester Spa. My therapist, Marion, was the best. If you want to get the best massage and facials in town, go there! However, I did find the Dorchester itself rather old-fashioned in its decor.

Everybody was nice to me, so polite and kind! My therapist was amazing. I went for an Indian head massage and it was wonderful. I'll definitely go back!

It's too old-fashioned and I find the therapists rude and blunt sometimes. They used to give amazing massages and facials. However, the quality has gone down... way down. I no longer go there, and prefer a different spa nowadays.

They do good Eve Lom facials here and I've heard the other treatments are also excellent.
However, I do find the Dorchester rather old fashioned and the style, decor and underground location of the spa don't seem to leave me feeling as revitalised as some other more modern spas do (such as Bliss or Elemis).
