Everybody was nice to me, so polite and kind! My therapist was amazing. I went for an Indian head massage and it was wonderful. I'll definitely go back!
by milou, 26 Aug 2006It's too old-fashioned and I find the therapists rude and blunt sometimes. They used to give amazing massages and facials. However, the quality has gone down... way down. I no longer go there, and prefer a different spa nowadays.

However, I do find the Dorchester rather old fashioned and the style, decor and underground location of the spa don't seem to leave me feeling as revitalised as some other more modern spas do (such as Bliss or Elemis).
