Mandarin Oriental Spa reviews
Good points: best massage I've ever had in London; great products for the skin; almost nobody around, so it feels very exclusive; very friendly staff and experienced therapist with strong hands (crucial for a good massage); got booked in right away (I really needed the massage urgently after travelling).
Bad points: the facilities are small (maybe that's inevitable in London); their towels smelled bad (like they have been washed with kitchen towels); there is no clock, which makes it hard to manage your time.
Overall: not as good as some spas in other countries, but a top spa for London; a survival must for busy lives. I will give it full points purely for the superb massage.
Tips: if you have money to splash, do book one night in the hotel so you can get the full benefit of the massage (warning: it is a business hotel, so expect to meet many serious men in suits).

This was so worth the money. The staff were friendly, lovely atmosphere, and my therapist was great. I had a great time and will be going back again and again.

Relaxing. I can guarantee you leave here totally blissed out and feeling like you could walk on water. What's more, the staff really care about the clients. GO!

One of the best yet, worldwide. Have had treatments in NY, LA, Paris, Italy, Germany, London, London, London... Notably the staff are professional, courteous and caring, and give sensitive and thorough treatments. They take their time; you never feel rushed, and aren't. The experience feels timeless and you come out truly rejuvenated. A monthly visit seems essential London nourishment. I will be back again and again.

What an experience... Fantastic surroundings very tranquil - just walking into the entrance to the spa makes you feel at peace. Delightful dimly lit rooms giving off a fusion of exotic aromas accompanied by wonderful treatments given by professionally trained therapists. The whole experience which lasted for two hours was not enough for me I wanted more and could have stayed forever. I left feeling like I was walking on air. A place every girl should have in her diary to visit...

Superb treatments here from very well trained therapists. After an afternoon shopping in Knightsbridge, try coming here for a few hours before retiring to Harvey Nichols bar - you come out feeling on top of the world and utterly refreshed.
Only downside is the need to book well in advance - it's not something you can usually decide to do on the spur of the moment.
