Rosebery Rooms reviews
The RR staff are friendly and professional. However, on the down side...
The location is not clear to find or easily signed. I would say RR is not a spa, it's more like a beauty salon. There are roughly 4 appointment rooms and if you use the oxygen bar (for 1 person) you sit in the reception room with everyone waiting for their appointments. There are no pre-relaxation rooms or comfortable changing areas as a spa would facilitate.
I called in for a Universal Contour Wrap, which was good. However, I had nowhere to hang my clothes or put my handbag -everything went on the floor. I noticed there was no rubbish bin either to throw neccessary items used away. I relaxed during my wrap to the sounds of pan pipe music, the washing machine in the room next door, cars passing on the road overhead and a ringing phone.
I joined their members' club but my phone voice messages have never been returned when I phone to take advantage of the 'free benefits' for members. I have written to management via their website twice. No one has responded.

Rosebery Rooms is the best spa I've been to. It's quiet and peaceful as it is underground, the staff are very friendly, the treatments great, and there are fantastic new offers every month. Would recommend to anyone.

Being underground it's a great escape and so relaxing, even if you are getting waxed! The two ladies that work there are very sweet and very professional. Will be back again.

This spa is a great find! Really nice treatments, great staff and a fab location (old underground loos!). Would recommend to anyone.
