Sanook Spa reviews
This place is NOT a spa. It's a bunch of rooms for treatments, and nothing more. There's no place for you to wait that's relaxing/quiet before/after your treatments and no overall spa experience. And if you try to use the pool to get some exercise before your treatment, you could easily find yourself surrounded by little kids who are guests of the hotel. When I went for my treatment, I used the gym and went to shower before my massage but the shower was broken, and I was really needing one! So I cancelled my appointment and have never been back.

The worst spa ever. My husband bought me a lovely voucher for treatments and it has been a nightmare to book a simple appointment. Even then, the staff don't know about the treatments etc. They are not professional. I asked for a refund and they said no. It's been a horrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone. It was meant to be a pampering gift - more like a stressful one!

The therapists were very welcoming and caring and the service was exceptionally warm. Treatments were very relaxing and professionally done. Fantastic massage. A wonderful spa. I will definitely recommend it to friends.

Went recently and was surprised at how bad the staff are. The girls have zero knowledge, poor customer service skills and really do not do this lovely Spa proud. Get some proper therapists in!

Went to Sanook for a facial on Saturday. Although the price was reasonable at £55 for 90 mins, I thought the service was very poor. I turned up 30 mins early as advised (so that I could wind down before my treatment) but found the reception to the spa was locked. There were 2 residents of the hotel waiting outside the spa when I arrived. They had been waiting for almost 15 minutes for someone to let them in to use the swimming pool! After complaining to the hotel reception twice, someone finally let us in.

This spa does not really cater to non residents of the hotel. The changing rooms were really small. They do have a really nice swimming pool though with a manicure pedicure station room overlooking it.
The partitioning between he walls was not good enough and you could hear what was going on next door.
