Spa Intercontinental reviews
This is one of the most phenomenal spas I have been to! Under new management in 2011 and, looking at previous reviews, the standard has clearly improved. The therapists are a sensation, reception team are so helpful, and the treatments are at 5 star standard and above. I go to many spas throughout London and this one exceeds my expectations over and over again! You are missing out if you don't go!

This is the most unprofessional establishment. They never answer the phone. The manager says they are busy - so why not get someone to answer the phones then? I tried contacting them via email, no response until a week later! I tried to verify a voucher I'd got and was told it expired, but when I looked at the date it was valid as they had signed it.
I just hope the economic depression gets rid of this rip-off spa! Don't waste your time or money on it.

I took my girlfriend there for a birthday surprise. We had the steam temple experience and a facial. It was one of the best days we have ever had!
The therapists were so friendly and helped us decide on our treatment choice so that we got the very best out of our day. We even had a glass of bubbly and they arranged a birthday cake for my girlfriend. It was all of the little things that made this a day to enjoy and remember.
We will be recommending this spa to our friends and family!

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Intercontinental. I took my girlfriend for my anniversary and we had a steam temple followed by a facial and massage in the VIP room. There was champagne and goodie bags as a suprise! Will definitely be going again.

I cannot believe I thought this was a first-class spa. If you want the staff to mess up your special birthday booking that you're paying in excess of £300 for, and then to call you 'crazy', 'rude' and patronise you for even thinking you deserve better service, then this is the place to go. Walked out from what was supposed to be a special evening. Spa manager not on site and didn't even follow up with a call to ask why we walked out (staff probably made up a story, of course...). Poorest spa experience ever.
