The Maze Grill is a welcome addition to its Michelin-starred sister, Maze. Inspired by New York steakhouses, you can enjoy a menu dominated by meats cooked over coals. Signature dishes include the burger and fries, and steaks (New York strip, premium wagyu, or 25-day aged Hereford rib-eye) served with creamy horseradish, blue cheese or red wine sauces. Desserts include Eton mess and sorbet. Book well in advance to get a table.
