Made in sweat shops in China! If you could only see the amount of returned/faulty items we get back, you would never buy from All Saints again!

£30 for a plain cream t shirt with a small iron-on motif that has been carefully washed once, and now looks likes it's been washed 100 times. Very poor quality.

I used to love the clothes, but after I bought something online I would never shop there again. Not only did I try ringing 3 days in a row to be in a so-called queue for 45 minutes (I doubt there is a large number of people calling in the middle of the day!), I also sent them e-mails through their website which were never answered.

It was getting close to the end of the 28 day refund gap. I eventually managed to get through on the fourth occasion I tried calling. The woman who answered was very vague and didn't know what she was talking about, told me it was fine to send it on day 27 and they would recieve it on day 28... Now they are sending it back to me refusing me a refund after I paid the £5 special delivery charge. ABSOULUTE CR*P.

I love the designs of All Saints - unique and quirky. It serves a market for older customers with money who don't want to go designer. Other high street stores are boring and cheap-looking. Although I have to agree about All Saints' quality, it looks good quality but doesn't wash well.

I work at All Saints and before working there I didn't appreciate why the prices are that bit higher than mainstream high street stores. A lot of the clothes are handmade or have hand-sewn detailing on. All of the designers are in our London-based store and the time in which designs go from paper to production is so quick. I really think that we are one of the few stores left that still concentrate 100% on customer service - it's one of the first things we are taught. All in all, great designers, good quality and excellent customer service!

I love All Saints. Yes, it's expensive but the great attraction is at the moment there's nothing like it. Some of it looks as if it's just come off the catwalk and they don't repeat like other stores do, e.g. River Island (great, but not in comparison). I recently bought a mac/coat - I think it's the Allaponaire or something? - anyway, it's a man's coat and it's so quirky I love it!

The only thing I would say is, you have to be so so careful with the fabrics and materials as they tend to be fragile. NEVER MACHINE WASH OR TUMBLE DRY! EVER! I always handwash with a sensitive soap.

Well, I've been looking for a leather jacket just recently and every high street shop has only crap. Every jacket I tried on just did not fit right. That's not only it, may favourite band is called Justice and I just love their style. All Saints are the only brand that offered that type of styling I wanted. The other day I went in All Saints and bought myself a leather jacket for £250. A bit pricey I know, but the quality and the fit was perfect. All I can say is, once you go All Saints there's no going back.

Watch out - they don't do refunds, only credit notes.

Surely part of All Saints' charm is that the limited produced stock and slightly higher prices means that fewer people wear the same pieces as you? I'm definitely willing to pay a bit more to make sure I look a bit more individual. If I wasn't, I'd be buying all my clothes in Topshop.

I think All Saints is very interesting and different and all the staff look the part too. I usually have to wait till the sales come round though, as it is a bit pricey. The designers are doing a good job - keep it up!

I think people need to get over the whole 'the belts are crap and common!' thing. Yes, everyone has them, but they do look pretty good. Admittedly, the fakes are pretty awful, there are websites devoted to having whatever you want stamped on to your belt, and when you see someone walking along with something like 'hucking forny' or similar you have to laugh - why do people bother?

I must admit, the clothing here is better than your average high street chain but, like a lot of you are saying, it's overpriced for what it is. It's over-hyped, and nothing to be proud of wearing (those of you with those annoying All Saint belts!). It's been around for a while, and was better when not many people knew about it. I think the company is going for the money now, and not producing the distinctive clothing it used too. God only knows why the company decided to open a store on Market Street Manchester (the street is horrible), but it shows that All Saints are trying to be mainstream players. In which case, they need to bring the prices down!!

Living slap bang half way between Birmingham and Manchester, I first came across All Saints when shopping at the Bullring, I think about 2-3 years ago. I loved it - everything I tried on seemed to just hang right and look different to anything else on the high street.

Where I'm from people aren't really fashion-concious; in fact, all the blokes wear the same stuff. So wearing some of the pieces from All Saints, I just got lots of positive comments - especially about the belts - and I loved it (bear in mind this is about 3 years ago). Now however, they're all wearing the belts everywhere you look. But what's worse is that they're fake ones too - random colours with horrendous 'sayings' - so I try to avoid wearing any of mine now.

Every so often I make my way to either Manc or Brum to buy some more items and it's true, everyone's now wearing All Saints, especially round big cities. But I must admit I still can't help myself. I go in for a look round, and always come out having spent money I haven't got!

Love this shop. Most of my wardrobe's from All Saints. I don't mind too much that the same styles are used for a few seasons - it just means you get really good clothes you know look great on you, only in a different colour!
I'm always getting compliments on stuff from there. It's not like when you wear Topshop or River Island and people say "Oh, you got that from River Island, didn't you?" and everyone knows where it's from because they or their friends have the same thing. I wish I worked there, though only if there was free uniform allowance and 50% personal discount (otherwise I think all my wages would go on the clothes as they came in the shop!).

I love All Saints and have been shoppng there for years. At the moment they are trying to raise brand awareness, meaning it is becoming more high street then unique boutique, but if you choose carefully some of the best pieces still have that edge. The belts (for all those who think they are common) have now been taken off and All Saints have said they will no longer be selling them - perhaps this is due to popularity?! I do, however, feel that All Saints has been majorly copied by other high street chains - you only have to look at the shrunken bombers in most shops (an All Saints staple a few years ago) and the draped style fallen angel tops to see that. I love All Saints but the designers need to shake it up again!

I have to say, I find quite a few of the comments on here an interesting debate. I personally find All Saints still quite an edgy retailer with a unique brand concept which hasn't been copied or since repeated. As a buyer for a major retailer, I look to their brand both with interest and intrigue - they present both a style and concept which I see many females emulating on the High Street. I love the brand - yes, they can be quite expensive but their pieces are unique. And no matter what people say about their studded belts, they have made the brand and have created the 'rock chick' look that is so popular today.

I suspect some of the more derogatory comments about All Saints on here are likely to have come from young twentysomethings or teens who probably use 'darling' after every sentence and have disappeared up their own behinds panicking over 'what is hot and what is not'...

Worn by wannabes?! You absolute loser. I'd rather be one of your so called "wannabes" than the stuck up person you seem to be. So what you buy a few things from All Saints, it's hardly Gucci darling... get over yourself.

I have some gorgeous pieces from All Saints. How naff are the belts though?!

I have some great pieces from here but the belts are unbelievably naff, worn by wannabes who have only just heard of All Saints! Who are you people??

I used to shop in All Saints every month. Just started wearing their stuff again and nothing has changed - still good quality and unique.
