Same problem. How can you have a flagship store which doesn't answer its phone? Very unprofessional.

I have had a complete nightmare trying to get hold of this store on the phone. When I was put through from their Head Office, I was answered with a 'Yeah?'. For all those who have tried and failed to make a complaint against them, happy hunting.

Diesel Bond Street never answer the phone - impossible to get through. Items purchased proved faulty. No senior management in place.

RIP Diesel. I remember when Diesel was the must-wear gear. Now Topman has raised its game, All Saints is on the rise, G-Star etc... Bye-bye Diesel.
